Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Kolkata. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll administration, Full & Final settlements, statutory & compliance, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing as per schedule.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing skills
- Statutory & Compliance ( EPFO, ESIC, P.tax, LWF etc.)
- Experience with Saral or other payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Immediate joiners preferred
