Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base within the Horeca industry. You will focus on selling raw materials, packaging solutions, and kitchen essentials while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Horeca industry.
– Understand the unique needs and preferences of each client.
2. Sales and Business Development:
– Identify and target potential clients within the Horeca sector.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling raw materials, packaging, and kitchen essentials.
– Present product offerings, pricing, and promotions to clients.
– Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations.
– Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals.
3. Product Knowledge:
– Stay updated on our product catalogue and new offerings.
– Provide expert advice to clients on product selection based on their specific requirements.
– Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
4. Order Management:
– Efficiently process orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
– Address and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
5. Market Research:
– Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
– Provide valuable insights to the management team on market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry and food supply chain is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
