Dear Candidate We are having an exciting opportunity to work with us into Retail Wholesale FMCG sector About Organization We work with an Indian chain of retail stores headquartered in Kolkata West Bengal into the Fresh Fruits Sector Job Responsibilities – Drives sales of Fresh Fruits area -Ensures the freshness and quality of all stock including monitoring of sell-by date and proper FIFO rotation of related stock -Ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers -Responsible for department layouts and standards -Ensures execution of established safety security quality and Fresh operations policies and procedures -Ensures staff knowledge to clearly present the specifications of Own Brand products to customers -Analyses fresh department KPI and trends and prepares action plans to leverage the store s fresh food strengths and address areas of opportunity -Ensures consistent delivery of product quality freshness price exception and appropriate product levels that mirror the Customer Proposition Statement -coordinate with ALC GA Departments on cleaning tools etc regarding maintenance requirements for Scales etc -Controls and approves daily ordering DC Direct Supply and recommends adjustments or cancellation as planned -Responsible for store hygiene audits Education and or Job Experience Requirements – Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Hospitality is preferable – Experience of minimum of 6 Months to 1 year as Fresh Food or Fruits Department in a reputable supermarket food service or relevant – English communication is preferable Job Types Full-time Regular Permanent Salary From xe2 x82 xb98 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Supplemental pay types Performance bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Management 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location One location Speak with the employer 91 9007743182Expected Start Date 25 04 2023
