Huge Opening with One of Leading Organization for CS Executive Chinarpark (Kolkata)
Qualification- Semi-Qualified CS/ CS Inter/ Persuing CS
Experience- 1+ Years
CTC- 4.5 LPA
Work from office- 9.30 AM TO 6.30 PM
Monday to Friday (2nd &; 4th Saturday Off)
Requirements:
  • Drafting Agreements,

  • POA,

  • Vendor Contracts,

  • MOUs, notices, and replies to government departments

  • Preparation of Agenda, Board Minutes, Shareholder Minutes, registers

  • Liasoning with RBI, MCA, NCLT, and other statutory bodies.
