Hyperpure is an initiative by Zomato with the primary aim of delivering an unparalleled level of excellence when it comes to the provision of exceptionally fresh, impeccably hygienic, and remarkably high-quality ingredients and supplies meticulously curated for the discerning needs of restaurants.

What will you do:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and implement effective strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent at the warehouse
• Act as a culture ambassador and help drive initiatives for employee engagement at the warehouse
• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, or grievances promptly and effectively
• Champion a culture of safety within the warehouse and ensure compliance with all necessary labour laws
• Manage and administer employee benefit programs, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Facilitate effective communication between the Central and Warehouse team through regular meetings, updates, and feedback mechanisms

What do we need:

• Must have 2+ years of warehouse human resource experience
• Thorough knowledge of HR policies, employment-related laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
