Utility Hub India is hiring an Operations Support officer for It’s Australian Security Guarding Services.

# This is an operational role and not a sales role#

Key Responsibilities –

Provide voice support to Australian Security Guarding Services for casual workforce.
Manage Shift roster
Ensure shift availability and fill shifts in case of contingencies
Shift briefings and pre-call follow-ups
Maintain Compliances
Prepare handover notes and take proper handover
Shifts – 24*7 (Rotational)

Company Requirements-

Excellent English Communication skills
International outbound / Inbound work experience will be preferred
Male candidates only
Candidate must have his own two wheeler (non- negotiable)

Minimum 5 to 10 years of Experienced candidates are Eligible for this position.

Good IT Skills – MS Office , Excel and MS word
Joining within next week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
