We are looking for a talented individual who has the ability to improve the product experience for a user through functional & usability testing. This would include, Preparing & Executing Test Cases: Develop and implement test cases for newly developed functionalities. Identifying & Documenting Bugs: Detect, document, and track bugs to ensure swift resolution.

• Building a Zero-Error Framework: Establish frameworks and practices aimed at achieving zero-error products.
• Creating User Documentation: Innovatively create user manuals and help documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough Testing: Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering both positive and negative scenarios.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail and accuracy in identifying and documenting bugs.
• Agile Collaboration: Work effectively within a small, agile team environment.
• Innovative Documentation: Develop creative and user-friendly documentation to support product use.

Requirements:

• Years of experience in manual and automated testing of enterprise-grade web/mobile applications.
• Knowledge of testing tools like Playwright
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman
• Experience in creating & executing functional tests, usability tests and integration tests.
• Creating detailed bug reports, to foster smooth resolution of bugs.
• Knowledge and demonstrable understanding of user interaction and interface flow UI/UX within a desktop & mobile context.
• You love new technologies and approaches and want to use the best tool available. We want people who can help us continually evolve our stack.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Have the ability to work independently.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with MongoDB
• Considerable understanding with coding and technology terminology
• Knowledge & experience in the operations of the car rental industry

Interview Process:

2 Rounds of tech interview (testing related)

L1 : one with a veteran tester

L2 : with a tech person for general tech fit evaluation

L3: with one of the co-founders
