Roles & Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of the role will be to develop & execute a well-defined Marketing, Communications & digital business strategy to enhance Brand equity & revenue.
• Envision & execute long term growth plans for the company.
• Developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in consultation with management, including advertising & promotions, digital marketing, and CRM.
• Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Building and maintaining a strong brand identity for the company. Leading and managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Also collaborating with other department stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agency partners, and industry influencers, industry bodies etc.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives & take corrective actions, if required
• Oversee the work of Brand & Digital Manager(s) and CRM team and provide guidance wherever necessary. Also collaborate with Visual Merchandising (VM) team for NSO, store branding, product shoots etc.
• Drive excellent customer service by creating and deploying new / updated processes that will create customer joy
• Increasing customer footfalls in Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) through effective marketing strategies would be one of the focus areas of this role.
• Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies. Ensuring compliance with all relevant marketing regulations and laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Candidate should have a minimum experience of 15 to 20 years in marketing from fashion retail industry with at least 10+ years in a leadership role.
2. The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Head should have a strong background in offline, online marketing as well as CRM, with experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
3. Excellent analytical and project management skills
4. Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make data driven decisions.
5. An MBA (Marketing) from a reputed institute or a related field is mandatory.
