• Perform data entry, maintain databases, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Handle communications and liaise with different companies to ensure timely flow of information by phone and emails
• Interacting with customers
• Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Miscellaneous office tasks

Qualifications & Skiils (MUST Have)

• Bachelor’s degree
• English medium educated and fluent in english
• 2+ years of work experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ticketing system (nice to have)

Office Hours: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm (subject to change)

Location: Chinsurah, Hooghly

Salary: Depends on experience
