Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations Management:
- Oversee all treasury operations including cash management, investments, and debt management.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimal cash management and forecast future cash needs.
Financial Risk Management:
- Design and execute financial risk management strategies, including foreign exchange, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s bank relationships and liquidity management.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal control requirements.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports on treasury activities and financial risk issues to senior management and the board of directors.
Financial Service Provider Management:
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with financial service providers.
Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the treasury function.
Financing Agreements:
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of financing agreements.
Financial Analysis and Support:
- Provide financial analysis and support to other departments within the organization.
Qualifications:
- CA
- 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial risk management, cash management, and liquidity management.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
