Education / Qualifications:-
10+2+3 regular Education mandatory. B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CA, ICWA, MBA from reputed institute with finance major), more than 1 Years of Relevant Experience. Please note No distance/correspondence education will be considered.
Commerce Graduate
Basis concept of Cash Sales, Credit Sales, Returns and Provision and Debtors
Should possess good accounting knowledge with clear conception on Accounting Principles, Concepts, Rules and Accounting Standards
SAP knowledge preferred but not essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
Strong analytical skills required.
Flexibility with Night shift
Team player, relationship building and listening skills.
Proactive and decisive problem solver
Performance driven. Seeks and acts on results.
Desired Skill Set and Experience
Commerce Graduate
Very Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
Organized and detail oriented.
Would be a plus having: Good Customer focus skills.
Candidate should have 3+ years of experience of professional experience and possess knowledge in Order to cash (O2C)
Job Requirements: (Voice)- Roles and Responsibilities:
Review the aging report and meet regularly to ensure the accounts are worked timely and properly.
Communicate with internal management on any issues or concerns that require escalation.
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts by contacting the customer when prompted as the items become due.
Follow escalation protocol for collection issues, credit holds and sending accounts to 3rd party collection agency.
Responsible for handling the dispute process and ensuring that the disputes are escalated as needed when not resolved on time.
Ensure that adjustments and refunds are accurate before approval and submitting to the Collections manager.
Research and reconcile accounts as needed.
Provide monthly aging metrics to the manager and work together on department goals.
