Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kolkata metropolitan area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting real estate services, providing strategic advice on property options, facilitating property loans, and assisting clients in property selection. The role involves regular coordination with clients, real estate developers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
• Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements
• Proficiency in customer relationship management
• Experience in property sales or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
