Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Somani Realtors in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
