Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Sales Executive (Camac Street and Lake Mall Store @Kolkata) for Rupa and Company Limited. The Sales Executive will be responsible for retail sales, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, sales generation, and building positive relationships with customers. In this role, the Sales Executive will contribute to the overall success of the retail store by meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Ability to work well in a team and achieve sales targets
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Gross salary per month is up to 15k + statutory benefits.
