Job Responsibilities:
- Performing basic day to day admin duties including Housekeeping & Security Operations.
- Assisting and coordinating with core Team and other departments to fulfil their daily needs to support the Business.
- Monitoring & keeping the stock of daily consumables & its proper utilization.
- Preparing daily & monthly MIS & monthly Admin report as well.
- Smooth coordination with the vendors for quotations & further negotiations based on the Business needs.
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Assisting and supporting management as & when required.
- Taking the liability of Logistic Operations as & when required.
- Smooth coordination with the Guest Team & the logistic team to ensure well-timed entry & exit of the guests & arranging / serving refreshments to the Guests & VVIP delegates with the coordination of Admin & housekeeping Supervisors.
