Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage final and summer placement activities for PGDM students.
- Leverage industry networks to unlock core job opportunities and elevate student placements.
- Foster relationships with top employers, ensuring the best companies recruit on campus.
- Provide comprehensive career services, including resume building, interview coaching, and personal growth counseling.
- Mentor students, aligning their profiles with industry demands and guiding them towards successful careers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HR departments across industry, corporate, and business sectors.
- Design and execute annual placement activity plans, outstation visits, and corporate engagement strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong network with top industry professionals, corporate, and business houses.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to student engagement and placement activities.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, with a focus on data-driven performance tracking and placement success.
