- Acting as the point of contact among Director and employees / 3rd party
- . Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- . Managing Director’s calendars and travel schedule
- . Act as an Office Manager by keeping up with office supply inventory of self department .
- Take minutes during meeting.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
