• Supporting the common goal to be the best Rebuild department in the world by being the best Rebuild Engineer in the world and will give all my customers legendary service by delivering good quality and accurate machines in time.
• Making sure that our Rebuild Department produces the highest quality machines and becomes a role model department, I will ensure that my daily work, with a problem-solving summary as well as the list of critical issues, is be made available to our senior as well as junior partners at their ease to learn and rectify the problems accordingly.
• Creating the best Rebuild team in the world, I will perform beyond my own expectations for every customer I come in contact with, and I will adapt as required to meet the changing market.
• Being the best technician in the world. My relentless pursuit of perfection, my unending thirst for knowledge, my desire to see my company prosper, and my total dedication to our customers needs, will ensure this.
• Making our customers challenges my challenges and I will be relentless in finding a resolution to these. I will not accept this cant be fixed or that there is no answer as a solution. The customer will be 100% satisfied with the results.
