Job Description

: We are looking for an efficient Male Back Office Executive for our marketing office in Kolkata.Key Responsibilities: – Performing basic admin duties.- Assisting and coordinating with Sales Personnel.- Gathering and processing market research data.- Processing Company Receipts, Invoices, and bills in QuickBooks. Data Entry in QuickBooks – invoices, bills and some background of accounting is helpful.- Creating Purchase orders to the Vendors, Sales confirmation for customers.- Visiting banks for any banking related documentation purpose.- Visiting the registered office of the company for any signing or other official works.- Build industry knowledge bases and constantly update himself as per Company’s requirement.- Ability to coordinate through mails and calls with Domestic and International team members and customers.Job Requirements: – Bachelor’s in Commerce having ICSE and CBSE background (preferred)- Ability to converse in English (writing, reading and speaking)- Efficient in Microsoft outlook, excel, word.- Experience: 3-4years- Age within 30 yearsIndustrial Type: Steel Industry/Metallurgical Industry/ Industrial Manufacturing Company/ Industrial Marketing Company.Functional Area: Office Support, Marketing skills, Multitasking.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR180,000.00 – INR200,000.00 per yearSchedule:
