As an Operation Lead in interior design involves overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the day-to-day operations within an interior design department. This position is crucial for ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and the team operates efficiently.

Skills And Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Excel.
• Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years’ of Academic education.
• Minimum Experience 2 yrs as an Interior Designer.
• Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Residential projects.
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution)
• Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
• Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
• Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
• Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team member
