A Reputed Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR having ARAMCO experience and CBT Approved.
*Job Summary:*
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality control department, ensuring that products meet established standards of quality and compliance. This role involves supervising a team of quality control inspectors, managing inspection processes, and working closely with other departments to resolve quality issues.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Supervision and Leadership:*
– Lead and manage the quality control team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
– Ensure that quality control inspectors are properly trained and adhere to established procedures.
– Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the quality control department.
2. *Quality Control Processes:*
– Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
– Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, products, and equipment to ensure they meet specifications.
– Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. *Compliance and Standards:*
– Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
– Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
– Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
4. *Documentation and Reporting:*
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and findings.
– Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key issues and recommending solutions.
– Document non-conformances and track the implementation of corrective actions.
5. *Communication and Coordination:*
– Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
– Communicate quality expectations and requirements to suppliers and contractors.
– Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
6. *Continuous Improvement:*
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in quality control.
– Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
– Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.
*Experience:*
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
– Experience in the OIL AND GAS Industry is preferred.
– *Skills:*
– Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
– Proficiency in quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficient in using quality control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
