Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Area Head at Ginteja. As an Area Head, you will be responsible for managing, Building and leading a team of insurance professionals in the North Bengal area. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing the team’s performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. While this role is based in Siliguri, there is flexibility for some remote work and take care of Entire North Bengal.

- Experience in the insurance industry (Motor Insurance Sales)
