Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Prepare Tax Return for Individual and Partnership, Monthly closing of the Financial Books Accordingly Tax return, prepare consolidating financials and managing monthly and quarterly closings as per the Tax Return. And a strong focus all type of Return (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) and financial reporting.NOTE: This position involves a client-facing role, the candidates are not proficient in English communication- please do not apply.Key Responsibilities:Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, and reports and maintain a companys tax database.Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships and corporations.Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filingsAdvise management about the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax lawsCoordinate outsourced tax preparation workCreate the adjustment entries as per the Tax ReturnAccurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reportsCompare the Tax Return Data with QBCoordinate with CPA and provide the Data related to Return.Prepare detailed financial reports using QB (Online) & AppFolio (Investment), ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Maintain investor information through AppFolio.Qualifications:Qualified CPA with Experience in US TaxationBachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience as a Senior Tax Accountant, preferably in the Real estate industry.Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QuickBooks, AppFolioStrong understanding of US Taxation, Return Filing (Individual as well as Partnership Firm)Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Work Environment:This is a remote position based in India.The candidate must be willing to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with our USA-based client.
