1. Should be well versed with the equipment/ machines at the reception.
2. Supervision of cleaning of reception area and front desk as per the given protocol.
3. Must be polite, welcoming and warm towards all patients. Ask them if they want any refreshments in case, they’re waiting time is long.
4. Important documents such as consent forms, patient registration forms must be filed and stored safely inside labelled folders
5. A list of all the items kept at the reception desk (drawer wise ) must be made and updated regularly to promote order.
6. Must be well versed at using the Patient Management Portal.
7. Must be able to answer patient queries convincingly and confidently.
8. Confirm the appointments for the day once in the morning and the treating doctor must be informed accordingly.
9. Handling calls, connecting patients to doctors via helpline and coordinating with lab/IT department/Maintenance department for patient related work
10. Confirming with the patient their appointment time and sending them the appointment notification a day prior to their appointment.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
