Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our International Contact Centre team & Chat. If you have strong communication skills and Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory) with experience in BPO/KPO or international call centre handling global customers via voice and chat this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Β· Own end-to-end customer interactions across voice and chat (international & domestic)
Β· Deliver quick, accurate, and high-quality responses with a customer-first approach
Β· Resolve queries and issues proactively with clear follow-through
Β· Maintain clean and structured documentation
Β· Ensure high service standards, customer satisfaction,
Β· Operate with discipline by following SOPs, quality benchmarks, and processes
Β· Stay flexible and aligned with global time zones and dynamic operational needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Β· 0-1 years of experience in customer support (voice and/or chat process)
Β· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Β· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Β· Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult customers professionally
Β· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills)
Β· Good listening skills and attention to detail
Β· Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotational week offs
Preferred Qualifications:
Shift Timings:
Β· Day Shift: 11am β 9pm
Β· Night Shift: 9pm β 7am
6 days Working (Rotational week-offs)
Pay: βΉ15,000.00 – βΉ20,000.00 per month
