Key Accountabilities
● Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
● Implement strategy to check attrition
● Optimization of Manpower cost
● Plan year round Employee Engagement activities
● Devise & Implement PMS system
● Ensure our hiring, on boarding and management procedures are effective
● Evaluate training and development programs
● Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
● Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
● Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
● Responsible for all statutory compliances
Qualification
Bachelors Degree. MBA in HRM will be preferable.
Experience
10 – 12 yrs years’ experience in HR Domain.
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, adhere to deadlines and take day-to-day operational decisions.
