- Demonstrated experience, commitment, and passion regarding the potential of business development to solve business challenges and deliver business value.
- Understanding of the competitive and partner landscape.
- Developed point of view on business potential and limits in the marketplace.
- Get involved in the community focused launch plan of the company’s services.
- Visibility and contacts in the community management, apartment association.
- Good communication skills and command on Regional Language is a must and Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Attracting new customers by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new customers.

- Must have outbound sales experience (preferably direct sales)

Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard customers in assigned territory.
- Responsible for order collection.
- Obtain Building permissions to start BBD Service
- Drive customer engagement and experience and Society penetration
- Door to door Marketing permissions

- Need candidates with in 5km radius
- Graduation mandatory
- Minimum 1 years experience in direct sales.
