Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Back Office) to manage backend sales coordination, enquiry handling, quotation submission, commercial follow-ups, and order processing activities.
The candidate will coordinate the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order confirmation by handling customer communication, commercial offers, negotiation follow-ups, and internal coordination with different departments.
This role primarily involves handling the complete backend sales workflow:
Enquiry → Offer Submission → Follow-Up / Chase-Up → Negotiation Coordination → Offer Review etc.
