Reporting To Digital Marketing Manager/Social Media Lead
Objective Manage Social Media Operations for clients by coordinating with internal teams and with client contacts.
Job Description Day-to-day Ideating, Posting and Promoting content on Social Media platforms (majorly FB & Insta)
Co-ordinate between content writers, graphic design teams & key client team members
Researching and implementing on various creative and ad formats available on the social platforms
Daily engagement on social media – liking, commenting, responding to queries and more
Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all communication touch points
Communicate with clients regularly
Qualifications Candidates should be graduates of any Indian university or equivalent. Candidates with formal education in Communication / Advertising & Marketing / Social Media Marketing would be preferred.
Experience Work experience of 2 years in Social Media Marketing
Skills / Attributes Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
Good written and verbal communication required
Knowledge of designing applications like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Facebook Page Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Analytics, Tweetdeck, LinkedIn Page Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Channel Management, YouTube Analytics, Instagram platform and the way it functions.
Is highly active on social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc
