Job Description

• To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry
• Contacts prospective clients about products and policies.
• Meets with potential clients to discuss adequacy of existing business.
• Explains NPS/insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients
• Suggests modifications and updates to clients existing NPS accounts & insurance policies.
• Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet clients needs.
• Assists clients on post sales service.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Knowledge of various insurance products and policies would be added advantage.
• Ability to determine best insurance policy for individual clients.
• Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
