Capable of handling over 3,00,000 litres of milk per day, Adya Dairy collects fresh milk through village level collection centres and Bulk Milk Coolers spread across Bengal. The company prioritizes the well-being of farmers by providing technical competence and ensuring regular purchase of milk, resulting in affordable and unadulterated dairy products.

Education- MBA in Marketing, BBA(H)
Experience- 3 years.
Job Description:-
1.Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touch points.
4. Create and manage brand guidelines.
5. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
6. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand equity, customer perception, and market share.
7. Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including customers, influencers, and industry partners, to build brand advocacy.
8. Plan and execute brand activation campaigns and events to drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.
9. Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously improve brand strategies and tactics.
