- Responsible for planning and execution of maintenance, spare parts planning, billing activities of ppacker, Wagon loading, truck loading, Silo extraction, bulk loading by rail and road .
- Shift operation
- Timely loading of rake to avoid DC
- Ensure safety by doing JCC regulary
- Coordinating with logistic E&I for smooth peration in packing plant for meeting S&OP target
- Coordination with Loading contactor for systematic and safe execution.
- Implementation of GRT
- Ensure all safety precaution are strictly adhere as per standard.
- Manpower planning & scheduling.
- Shift Scheduling of workmen and staff for plant operation
- Ensuring all safety standard implementation.
- Budget planning for revenue and capex
- Various MIS report like RCFA, Plant KPI, digitalization etc.
