KRA1 Operation and Maintenance of Biochemical
- Monitor plant operation continuously and by taking corrective actions whenever required
- Implement improvement projects for the operation of biochemical based large capacity ETP 2400 KLD
KRA2 Operation of UASB Plant to Control COD and BOD
- Monitor plant operation continuously and by taking corrective actions whenever required
- Implement improvement projects for the operation of UASB plant and maintain parameters of COD and BOD
KRA3 Sludge Treatment
- Monitor plant operation continuously and by taking corrective actions whenever required
- Implement improvement projects of sludge treatment plants through decanter system
KRA4 RO Plant and MEE Plant
- Monitor plant operation continuously and by taking corrective actions whenever required
- Handle operations of HRSCC/DMF/UF and MEE plant
KRA5 Cost of Operation
- Optimize chemical and maintenance costs through process improvement
KRA6 Inventory Control
- Monitor and track the availability of spares and chemical consumption
KRA7 Manpower Development
- Guide, motivate and coach subordinates to upgrade their skills to take higher responsibilities and provide on the job training opportunities
- Identify training needs of team members and workers and coordinate with HR dept. for their development
KRA8 Safety and Sustainability
- Ensure follow of sustainable practices in the plant that adhere to government guidelines
- Spread awareness on safety operations of the plant
