Offered CTC- 2.5 LPA – 3.5 LPA + incentives
Responsibilities And Duties
Need to build a strong relationship with potential customers to sell Life Insurance policies.
Achieving the sales target through assigned leads which will be generated by the organization and also employees can generate their own leads.
Fixing appointments with prospective customers. This includes field visit, meeting with potential customers in their geographical location and etc to understand their financial need and sell policy to fulfil their necessity.
Providing quality service to the potential customers in order to maintain strong relationship.
Expanding customer base.
Analyzing customer data before selling the product.
80% field sales.
Criterias
Must be Graduated from any field.
Must be experienced in field sales- Life Insurance for more than 1.5 year.
Must have strong tenurity
Must not have frequent job change
Must have skills to approach clients for product sale
Must have strong knowledge on Life Insurance
Must have strong network with existing clients.
Must be comfortable to travel 40 – 60 kms for client visit.
Must be Kolkata localite.
