Chief Financial Officer
– Looking for CFO for a Listed 2000 Cr Organization.
– A leadership role to develop and execute business finance strategies delivering superior performance.
– Being a custodian of balance sheet, s/he will drive business growth with an ownership mind-set focusing on Financial Reporting, Cost Optimization, Fund Raising, Treasury & Banking including Forex, Tax Management, Cost & Return on Investment, Debt-Equity, Capital Allocation and Insurance.
– Role will play an important role in Expansion Projects and will drive the highest order of Governance, Auditing, Compliances, handling Litigations and leveraging technology for competitive advantage.
The Successful Applicant:
– Chartered / Cost Accountant with exposure to global best practices in Manufacturing.
– Age Below 50 Years and Experience upto 20 Years of which 5 Years as CFO / Finance & Treasury Head role.
– Leader having aptitude to work with larger teams, optimise cost & run the business efficiently.
– Should have proven track record of having handled a CFO / Finance & Treasury Head role in mid to large sized company.
