- Key Responsibilities : 1 Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements related to device management and exception module 2 Resolving the tickets based on the agreed TAT in contract 3 Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks 4 Perform the enhancement and changes 5 Propose the solution as part of global template and recommend the architectural or business changes
- Technical Experience : 1 Should have sound knowledge of ISU ABAP 2 ABAP on HANA experience would be an added advantage 3 Good to have SAP IS utilities knowledge 4 should have experience of 3 to 6 years 5 Should have good understanding of service order and BPEM processes 6 resource should have ABAP experience
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good Communication Skill 2 Flexible to work 3 Ability to work under pressure 4 Good Analytical skill and presentation skill 5 Decision making ability
