Our client is a leading Consulting firm rendering comprehensive professional services which include audit, Project Financing, bank Funding Arrangements, management consultancy, tax consultancy, accounting services, manpower management, secretarial services etc. with offices available in Kolkata / Mumbai / Bangalore and Dubai.
Role –Qualified CS
Experience – Freshers / Experience (Both are eligible)
Joining – Should be available to join in 10 days.
Location – Kolkata (Chinar Park, Nearby Kolkata Airport Area)

Job Description:
As a Company Secretary in a CA firm, you will oversee and ensure strict adherence to company law and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate board and committee meetings, taking charge of agenda preparation and minute-taking to support effective governance structures.
Provide crucial legal advisory services, reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements as part of your responsibilities.
Conduct regular secretarial audits, evaluating compliance levels and recommending improvements and corrective actions based on audit findings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating regulatory updates and implications in a clear and concise manner.
Conduct training sessions on corporate governance and compliance for internal teams and clients, contributing to ongoing professional development.
Stay updated on changes in corporate laws, ensuring that clients and internal stakeholders are well-informed and compliant with the latest regulations.
Collaborate closely with Chartered Accountants (CAs) to ensure seamless integration of financial and compliance reporting.
Provide necessary documentation and support for financial audits, contributing to the overall accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
Your role as a Company Secretary in a CA firm is comprehensive, emphasizing legal compliance, effective communication, and collaboration with other professional teams to uphold the highest standards of governance.

We are looking at Qualified CS who would be available to join in Chinar Park Location of Kolkata which is nearby Kolkata Airport.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
