Job Role: Customer Support Voice Process
Job Location : Kolkata (Candidate should reside in Kolkata)
Job Role and Responsibility:
- Communicating &; Solving the Customer queries / requests /complaints.
- 5 days working (2 days fixed week off)
- Shift : Fixed Night shifts (US process)
Requirements
Qualification:Any Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate / Fresher / Experienced can Apply
- Willingness to work in voice process.
- Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
- Comfortable to work in night shifts.
