- Conduct negotiations on compensation package, evaluating relevant experience, education, skills, and qualifications to determine pay rates and relocation benefits for consultants.
- Advertise positions for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT training and W-2 hiring.
