Responsibilities includes end to end ownership of the proposal solution, bid management, commercial models, Bid defense, Proactive pitches, market research and analysis. Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own bid responses end to end for customer RFXs.
- Creates Deal Summary and Win Strategy with inputs from Practice/Sales teams
- On-Time reporting of bid status and escalations during the bid cycle
- Initiate necessary reviews & approvals with the leadership before bid submission.
- Good understanding of deal commercials and pricing models
- Work with legal teams/finance team for necessary approvals
- Preparing capability decks for customer presentations.
- Support client visits and events presentations
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers demand
- 8 years of Experience in Presale/Business Solution preferably in Operations world
- Experience in responding to RFI s/RFP s/POCs & market research
- Good presentation skills and Ability to create quality content, write crisp & high-quality proposal
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
- Willingness to travel
