Production Supervision:- Supervise the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and ensure on-time project delivery.2. Quotation Preparation:- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients based on project requirements.- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.3. Purchase Inquiries:- Raise purchase inquiries for necessary raw materials and equipment.- Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate terms, and select reliable suppliers.4. Manpower Management:- Manage the workforce by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe working environment.- Identify training needs and provide guidance to enhance the skills of the production team.5. Production Planning:- Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.- Maintain efficient resource allocation and optimize production schedules.6. Inventory Management:- Monitor stock levels of key production raw materials.- Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid production interruptions.7. Technical Expertise:- Apply mechanical engineering knowledge to oversee fabrication processes, pumps, valves, piping, and other related components.- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.8. Quality Assurance:- Implement quality control measures to ensure the final products adhere to industry standards.- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing procedures.9. Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of production data, quotations, and purchase orders.- Prepare reports for management and regulatory compliance.
