Support in finalizing design and propose Best practice approach/ processes
Expert in PMGM module config
Should be able to propose design implement RBP
Support cutover doc prep, Golive and PGLS and Prep doc on Training Materials
Good knowledge in SPCDP, EC
Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues
Able to Enhance the current process/ re-build current config
Good knowledge of incident mgmt, Change mgmt, integration IT dependenciesTechnical Experience : Min 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors exp
Min 3 Full life-cycle implementation of SAP SF PMGM project
Associate Certification in PMGM is a must Professional certification is an added advantage
Should have experience in RBP, JPB, Home Page
Experience is SPCDP module is added advantageProfessional Attributes : Ability to work independently or coordinate and work in a global environment, working with multiple teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation
Ensure high quality deliverables are delivered within agreed TimelinesEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationAdditional Information : Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement
