Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesProfileHe should be an engineer- B. Tech Food Tech/Mechanical/ MBA in operations with at least 14 years of work experience, with significant and relevant experience in plant based roles, with a Food/FMCG background. He will have excellent team building and management skills, and an experience of working with international stakeholders. He will also have excellent communication and inter-personal skills so that you can act as an extension of the brand itself. He should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production.
