Job Description
Carry out crowd control and evacuation plans with the venue operations department. Carry out site set-up pre-event and site tear-down post-event to prepare for handover of venues. Contact vendors to obtain quotes for goods and services. Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans. Execute event logistics plans with event organisers and vendors. Perform initial inspection of vendors event deliverables to ensure quality standards. Prepare incident summary reports in PPT/ EXCEL format. Troubleshoot on-site issues. Work with event organisers to execute events.
