Job Overview:

We at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for the position of Senior Manager. In Projects Department at Ambuja Neotia, the incumbent will oversee and manage high-value hospitality projects from inception to completion. This role demands a strategic leader with substantial experience in project management within the real estate sector, specifically focusing on the hospitality industry. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor and control project progress, addressing any issues or changes promptly.

2.Budget and Cost Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost-efficiency.
• Review and approve invoices, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are achieved.

3.Quality Assurance:

• Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

4.Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

5.Risk Management:

• Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

6.Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
