Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancers) & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers
Key Responsibilities
- To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
- Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
- Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Prerequisites
- Communication Skills, fluency in the local Language, willingness to travel in the designated city, strong interpersonal skills, and goal orientation, Financial sound, Active listener, Objection handling
