Play a pivotal execution role in setting up & commissioning of Process Engineering Lab, training of manpower to achieve the results right first time.
- Understand the requirement of Internal and External stakeholders and develop the process and procedures from Standardization & technical cell purview as per the established Integrated management system standards.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility in batch standardization as and when need arises from Internal customers.
- Adopt “Design thinking” approach in developing the MIS for hierarchy and plant team in order to quickly interpret the data and work on the actionables.
- Capturing the Requirement of Process/production team and convert them in to proposals and get them implemented by CO-Ordinating with Internal/External stakeholders with Right First time approach.
- Close co-ordination with Technology and Planning function for seamless introduction of New Product/RM.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritised and facilitate Lean Business and drive Continuous Improvement across all quality related areas inline with strategy
