The Role

The Technical Project Manager will assist the Tech and Product teams to manage the entire life cycle of multiple development projects within specified timelines and enhance the level of service and quality of :

• Follow the scope of multiple development projects road map from the proposal stage, to technical task management till final delivery of products.
• Participate in conception stages along with stakeholders to meet organisational objectives and translate expectations to internal and external teams.
• Be responsible for managing project scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables which include applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management.
• Drive high quality output from teams (internal and external) & vendors by effective supervision of team of developers by effective delegation, planning and management of assigned tasks and ensuring quality control processes.
• Work cross functionally to identify business blockers and collaborate to solve issues and optimise resources.
• Responsible for all necessary documentation such as wire frames and mock-ups.
• Oversee all aspects of projects through strict adherence to deadlines, assigning of team-wise responsibilities, monitoring of TAT, quality, development lifecycle, and summarise progress of the project in entirety.
• Prepare consolidated reports for management regarding status of project.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the Software development environment with proven experience in managing complex projects in hybrid delivery model.
• Proficient in agile project planning methodologies, tools and leading change with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
• Knowledge of full stack development technologies desirable.
• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jira, GitHub, etc.
• QA/Testing experience would be an added advantage.
• Strong time management skills and SLA adherence.
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to the team efforts and accomplishing desired results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
