Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Relationship Officer role at BlackBuck. As a Customer Relationship Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include managing business relationships, handling finance-related matters, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales activities. This is a hybrid role, based in Hooghly district, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Business Relationship Management and Sales skills
- Experience in finance-related tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the trucking industry is a plus
- High school or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Related companies – Jio,Airtel, VI ,Credit card, Small/micro finance, Loan recovery, Fastag,gps, Truck sales etc etc .
